The 15th PPA Annual Conference and Trade Exhibition, which was held in Fiji from the 24th – 28th July 2006, is the largest energy conference focusing on all aspects of electricity, in the Pacific Islands.

The theme for this year’s exhibition was “Investing in Long Term Sustainability” and was run concurrently with the 3rd Engineers Workshop, the theme of which was “Developing Modern Innovative Engineering Solutions for the Pacific Utilities”. David Griffiths, Olex New Zealand’s Technical Manager presented two papers at the conference.

The next PPA Conference and Trade Exhibition will be held in Majuro – Federated States of Micronesia in August 2007.
