New Vision, Goals and Values for Olex

Olex’ previous Values statement was developed in 2002. Since that time, our company has gone through some major changes, the most notable of which is that Olex are now part of Nexans - the largest cable company in the world. In addition, our values statement also needed to continue to reflect our customers changing needs.

The new vision, goals and values not only reflect the changes in the organisation, but are also a guide as to what we as a company wish to focus on in the future. This will be achieved by embedding these into our culture and have them brought to life through everything that we do.
