Name change for Olex Dekoron cables

Olex has manufactured a range of instrumentation cables for over 40 years. During this period Olex has licenced and used the Dekoron tradename for these Australasian made and designed products.

The agreements between Olex and Dekoron will terminate on October 15, 2007.  Therefore Olex will rename its instrumentation products beginning almost immediately.

The new name will be Instrolex.

Please understand it is a name change only.  When you purchase Instrolex in the future, you will be buying the exact same product you have bought for many years under the Olex Dekoron name.  Therefore Instrolex will continue to offer:

  • the same product design
  • the same proven performance
  • the same codes
  • the same point of purchase
  • the same local stock support
  • the same local technical support
  • the same local product design service….

The name Instrolex will begin appearing on Olex instrumentation cables from July onwards. We expect to run-out our Dekoron printed cable stock by September.

Olex thanks you for your support over the years, and looks forward to your custom in the future. Just ask for Olex, and Instrolex, by name.
